Astronaut Zombies are slightly taller and resistant then regular Zombies, their groans scare players at first but quickly get used to it, their groans are high pitched screams, they are invunerable to infection from the toilet trap or infected zombies, they also are uneffected by the jukebox but are still effected by the guitar, they become more common in later levels.
